Abstract
Hadronic branching fractions for the charmed mesons , , and the expected are predicted on the basis of models embodying a minimum of dynamical assumptions. These models entail average decay multiplicities between 3 and somewhat over 4. Suggestions are made for observing the , for which the wide variety of available final states makes detection in any one state challenging. The branching ratio is probably ≲3-6%; ; .
