Abstract
Capsules were detected by the India ink method in cultures of Bacteroides fragilis, B. vulgatus, B. thetaiotaomicron, and B. ovatus. No capsules were found in the five strains of B. distasonis examined. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
