Abstract
Bilateral ovarian enlargement with massive ascites and pregnancy occurred in a patient after two courses of clomiphene citrate (Clomid) therapy. It is likely that the patient received the second course of clomiphene during early stages of pregnancy. Early pregnancy must be ruled out prior to the administration of this type of therapy. Keywords
