Abstract
We present results of acoustic reflex (AR) measures and auditory brainstem response (ABR) audiometry in six patients with confirmed or suspected brainstem dysfunction. In each case, specific patterns of crossed vs uncrossed AR threshold abnormalities were associated with specific effects on waves I, II, and III of the ABR. Diagnostic implications of these results are discussed. Keywords
