Theory of Turbulence in Superfluid

Abstract
A consideration of the dynamics of a vortex tangle leads to a new equation describing turbulence in superfluid helium. The equation is seen to be remarkably successful in predicting the steady-state properties of dissipative counterflow.Keywords
