Abstract
The first acyl isocyanides have now become available. The pronounced carbonyl‐activation of benzoyl isocyanide (1) is manifested, e.g., in the acylation of ynamines; in contrast, (1) undergoes cycloaddition with acetylenedicarboxylates. equation imageKeywords
