Abstract
A rare case of peptic ulceration of an esophageal colon interposition with erosion into the left ventricle occurred in a 16-year-old boy. The patient had recurrent, massive gastrointestinal bleeding. Successful treatment of this condition demands an awareness of the diagnosis and prompt, proper surgical intervention. Keywords
