Abstract
In our experience with the use of the combination therapy of levodopa and methyldopa in the treatment of 41 patients with Parkinson's disease over the past three years, we at times observed transient beneficial effects upon rigidity, bradykinesia, and tremor. However, the responses were variable and unpredictable and in most patients they were of little practical value. Keywords
