Abstract

The article provides information on a study which examined a research instrument for measuring manifest conflict in multinational joint ventures. The author presents an overview of attempts to test models of interorganizational conflict. A discussion is presented about the nature of conflict. An overview of research methods used and an evaluation of the measures are presented. Details related to effective methods of conflict management among international business enterprises are presented.
