Abstract
An infant with congenital gingival epulis which spontaneously regressed over the first year of life is reported. A policy of conservative management should be adopted in this condition unless there are feeding problems in the newborn period or reasons to doubt the diagnosis. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
