Abstract
An arrayed-waveguide grating multiplexer is demonstrated, which is fabricated using deuterated fluoro-methacrylate polymers. A channel spacing of 0.65 nm, a crosstalk of less than –20dB, and a loss of 7.8–11 dB are obtained around 1.3 µm. The multiplexer exhibits small polarisation shift of 0.03 nm without special compensation methods. Keywords
