Abstract
Summary: A hapten, 2,4-dinitrobenzene sulfonic acidsodium salt (DNB·SO3Na), a tolerogen, was shown to stimulate (in vitro) specifically lymph node or spleen cells from mice contact-sensitized to DNFB. This stimulation could be carried out in the absence of added serum. Cells from normal and from tolerant mice were not stimulated by DNB·SO3Na.Keywords
