Abstract
A method for the separation of leukocytes from peripheral blood, using flotation over Ficoll, is described. The method is amenable to considerable variation, and the leukocytes isolated show good preservation of their morphologic integrity, are motile and capable of phagocytosis. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
