Abstract
The level structure of has been studied using the neutron pickup reaction with a deuteron bombarding energy of 21.6 MeV. Triton angular distributions have been measured in the angular range 10°-80° for 14 levels up to 3.3-MeV excitation in . The experimental results have been analyzed using a distorted-wave Born-approximation calculation to obtain values and spectroscopic factors. Configuration assignments, consistent with the experimental data and with the distribution of strength predicted by a sum rule, have been made for all of the observed states. These assignments and the spectroscopic factors are compared with recent shell-model calculations.
