Abstract
Herpes simplex virus antigen was localized in the corneal stroma of rabbits with experimental keratitis by the fluorescent antibody (FA) technique of Coons. Stromal localization appeared to be in keratocytes. The specificity of this localization by the FA stain was proved by electron micrographs. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
