Abstract
A case of running epilepsy, in which the running appears as a form of paroxysmal compulsive activity, is described. The mechanism in other cases of running epilepsy is discussed. The similarity of the compulsive phenomena of this patient with those in the neuroses and psychoses is stressed.Keywords
