Abstract
Malrotation and Hirschsprung's disease are common gastrointestinal abnormalities in neonates and infants. Four patients with the association of malrotation and Hirschsprung's disease are reported. A delay in diagnosis may be complicated by midgut volvulus or enterocolitis. The diagnostic and therapeutic implications of this important association are discussed. Keywords
