Abstract
Absolute differential elastic cross sections have been measured for K, Rb-He, Ne, Ar, Kr, Xe as a function of collision energy between 0.5 and 50 eV at selected scattering angles between 5 and 15 degrees . The repulsive part of the intermolecular ground-state potential is determined at internuclear distances of about 0.3rmm and 0.3rmm for K, Rb-noble-gases respectively, where rm is the position of the potential minimum. Keywords
