Abstract
Malignant hypertension following a dissecting aneurysm of the renal artery occurred in a 37-year-old man. A diagnosis of renovascular hypertension was confirmed by arteriography and effluent renal blood renin determinations. The exact etiology was suggested by the arteriogram, but because of this rarity, not strongly considered preoperatively. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
