CT Findings in Distal Radioulnar Dislocation

Abstract
Dislocation of the distal radioulnar joint may occur in association with fractures of the distal radius. As an isolated entity, however, it is frequently overlooked, resulting in prolonged pain and significant disability. Our case illustrates the need for careful clinical evaluation as well as the utilization of conventional radiography and CT.
