Ultralow-Energy-Capture Decay of: A New Neutrino "Balance"

Abstract
An ultralow-energy -capture branch has been discovered in the decay of with an energy release of only 156(17) eV above the -shell threshold, the smallest known so far for a weak-decay process. It thus offers a new neutrino "balance" with close-to-ideal decay energetics.
