Abstract
The penetration of sulphaceta-mide into ocular tissues of rabbits is enhanced by Duponal ME. Since the removal of the corneal epithelium itself enhances penetration, and since under these conditions no further enhancement is produced by Duponal ME., it is concluded that the corneal epithelium represents the main barrier to penetration. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
