Abstract
Ten cases of isolated stenosis of the right main pulmonary artery are presented, 7 with associated anomalies. Although right heart catheterization and angiocardiography are usually necessary to demonstrate this malformation, a knowledge of the existence of this anomaly correlated with auscultatory and roentgenologic findings may often lead to a correct clinical diagnosis. Keywords
