35 GHZ Varactor-Tuned Fin-Line Gunn-Oscillator

Abstract
A very compact fin-line oscillator circuit of simple design is presented that combines high circuit efficiency with easy implementation of a tuning-varactor. 1 GHz tuning width with ± 2 dB power variation was achieved and 700 MHz with power variation from 35 to 40 mW.Keywords
