Abstract
The findings of acute appendicitis on CT have been extensively described in the literature. This is a report of a case of acute appendicitis in a patient with intestinal non-rotation presenting with partial small bowel obstruction. Analysis of the CT findings allowed a correct diagnosis.Keywords
