New Bi phase transition near 300 kbar and 298 °K

Abstract
Resistometric measurements were made on Bi to pressures in excess of 300 kbar. Reproducible resistance drops were observed at a pressure near 300 kbar. The related transition has been identified as the Bi VI-IX transition.Keywords
