Totale Gastrektomie an der Ratte und ihre Auswirkung auf das Blutbild

Abstract
Total gastrectomy leads in the rat to a progressive severe Fe deficiency anemia. Some animals die with signs of a dumpling syndrome. The anemia develops in male as well as in female rats and can be corrected by the addition of Fe to the food. In these experiments, macrocytic pernicious-like anemia was not observed.
