Abstract

Low energy electron diffraction and Auger electron spectroscopy were used to study the adsorption of krypton on the (0001) plane of graphite. The pressures and temperatures for two dimensional phase transitions at p < 10-4 torr are compared with adsorption isotherms at p > 10-4 torr
