Abstract
This is essentially a factual report of matters attended to during the past approximately six ninths.The Editorial and Publication Committee decided not to include the entire program in the Transactions, but has placed proofread abstracts of the papers in the June issue, with other abstracts ad reviews. Section Secretaries have included other portions of the program as they saw fit in the Section minutes. This avoids loading what is properly a journal of research with purely administrative matters of little permanent interest.
