Intravesical Ureteral Cyst, Associated with Embryonic Cartilage in the Kidney of a Newborn Infant: Report of a Case

Abstract
An autopsy report on an unusual malformation of the left ureter and the presence of an embryonic rest in the kidney pelvis. The left kidney ended blindly in a cyst which projected into the cavity of the bladder. The embryonic rest contained cartilage and embryonic connective tissue cells. Ewing believes such rests to be the early stages of embryonic renal tumors.
