Abstract
Experiments are described which demonstrate that human body lice (Pediculus humanus corporis), were infected experimentally with murine and epidemic louse-borne strains of typhus fever by feeding on suitably prepared rabbits. Details of the two methods of infection, the "bleb technique" and the "I.V. technique," are presented. Keywords
