Abstract
In rat brain, imipramine and amitriptyline are less potent than chlorpromazine in counteracting the 5HT increase due to iproniazid as well as the 5HT and NE decrease due to reserpine in vivo. Similar results are obtained regarding the 5HTP-induced 5HT increase in vivo and post mortem. Keywords
