Abstract
This paper describes a method for isolating and identifying nitrogen bases, e.g., ammonia, amines and betaines, present in fresh unammoniated latex. The outline above summarizes the results. The method does not claim perfection. The author wishes to emphasize that the percentages recorded in the outline are not exact, and are given only to indicate the proportions of the respective fractions.Keywords
