Abstract
-ray coincidence measurements have revealed decay modes of the 7416 level in to the level at 4975 keV (6.3±2.7)% and to the level at 1779 keV (4.4±2.3)%. The existence of an excited prolate rotational band in based on either the 4975- or 6691-keV states with the 7416-keV level as the member has been ruled out on the basis of lifetime and branching-ratio data.
