Abstract
A simple and rapid HPLC procedure is described for the assay of diclofenac sodium from pharmaceutical preparation. The assay was carried out on a stainless steel column of microbondapak CN (30 cm × 3.9 min I.D.) at ambient temperature using methanol and acetate buffer solution o f pH-3.7 in the ratio of 65:35 as the mobile phase, with UV detection at 280 nm. The elution was performed at the flow rate of 1ml/min.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
