Abstract
In the manifestly-covariant canonical formalism of quantum gravity, it is found that there are ten conserved tensor charges, out of which the BRS charge, the FP-ghost charge and the generators of the general linear algebra are composed. Together with the four conserved vector charges found previously, the theory possesses 144 independent symmetry generators altogether, which form a sixteen-dimensional Poincaré-like superalgebra. When the vacuum expectation value of the gravitational field equals the Minkowski metric, 60 symmetries are spontaneously broken and 84 ones still remain unbroken.
