Abstract
Gout disease is the most frequent articular metabolic process. When diagnosed it can be corrected by controlling either the hyperuricemia (1) or the articular inflammation (2). This permits an exact control, the earlier clinical complications and poor prognosis having dramatically improved in the last few years. Keywords
