"Universal" degradation ofinSn: No effect of Coulomb interaction

Abstract
On the basis of electron tunneling experiments and numerical calculations, we show that the "universal" degradation of in samples of composition cannot be explained by a disorder-induced increase in the Coulomb repulsion parameter .
