Abstract
Two patients with reversible bilateral deafness of vascular etiology are reported. Serial audiometric studies in the 1st patient before and after a brainstem stroke indicated retrocochlear auditory dysfunction. The 2nd patient showed bitemporal infarction on a cranial computerized tomography scan which was subsequently confirmed postmortem. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
