Abstract
Solns. of arsanil-azo-gelatin were injd. intraven. into 5 rabbits. The amts. of arsenic present in liver of one rabbit 60 min. after injn., and in the urine of the other 4, one and 2 days after injn., were estimated. The amt. found in the liver was much less and in the urine much more than in the liver and urine of rabbits injd. with arsanil-azo-globulin. The failure of arsanil-azo-gelatin to act as a full antigen is attributed to insufficient deposition in reticuloendothelial cells. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
