Abstract
A SURVEY of 4266 people in Cardiff set out to discover their behaviour, knowledge and attitudes in relation to food. Higher levels of knowledge were always associated with healthy changes in food consump tion over the past year. The survey identified areas in which further educational effort is needed.Keywords
