Abstract
We have located the active ribosomal cistrons together with their primary transcripts and the associated proteins and enzymes forming the typical ''christmas tree'' configuration in the dense nucleolar components. Our results can thus correlate the structural and functional organization of the nucleolus. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
