Abstract
A proof of the conjecture made in a previous paper concerning a sufficient condition of the Saxon-Hutner theorem for random binary alloys of symmetric potentials is given. Sufficient conditions of the Saxon-Hutner theorem for general alloys of arbitrary number of different constituent potentials are established for both the symmetric and nonsymmetric cases. A numerical calculation of the central-square-well-potential alloys is also presented. Keywords
