Abstract
The levels of have been investigated via the reaction up to 3.4 MeV excitation. The level scheme which has been obtained includes most of the previously reported levels. The lifetimes of 18 levels in have been measured by the Doppler shift attenuation method at bombardment energies between 6.4 and 8.0 MeV.
