Abstract
This 66-year-old man with angina pectoris for 17 years before treatment, incapacitated for several years despite long periods of rest and other therapy, showed significant improvement 2 months after I131 therapy and for the past 18 months he has been maintained in the hypometabolic state, free of pain despite greatly increased activity. Keywords
