Two-Loop Effective Theory Analysis ofπ(K)eν¯e[γ]Branching Ratios

Abstract
We study the ratios Re/μ(P)Γ(Peν¯e[γ])/Γ(Pμν¯μ[γ]) (P=π, K) in Chiral Perturbation Theory to order e2p4. We complement the two-loop effective theory results with a matching calculation of the counterterm, finding Re/μ(π)=(1.2352±0.0001)×104 and Re/μ(K)=(2.477±0.001)×105.
