Abstract
1. Chemical analysis of the excretory material of Allacus ricini has been done. 2. Amino acid composition of the excretory material of the insect has been compared with that of the larval and adult haemolymph. 3. Suggestion of the existence of guanidine metabolism in the insect has been made. Keywords
