A Study of Medication Compliance

Abstract
Elderly persons were surveyed to obtain information about their compliance behavior and knowledge of actions and side effects of their prescription medications. Results indicate a need for healthcare professionals to continue to assess client medication knowledge and identify variables that interfere with recall and retention of previous learning.
