Rapid Calculation of Radiant Energy Transfer Between Nongray Walls and Isothermal H2O or CO2 Gas

Abstract
Calculation of band absorption and, consequently, radiant transfer to nongray walls can be made by use of the fractional band absorption obtained from recent band absorption measurements. The fractional band absorption and other quantities needed for calculation of radiation heat transfer to isothermal H2O or CO2 gas are presented graphically for convenient use.
