Abstract
SUMMARY: The relationship between two methods of sire evaluation (Bar-Anan and Sacks's cumulative difference method (CD) and Henderson's best linear unbiased predictor method (BLUP)) is shown. This relationship suggests a modification, with more theoretical justification, to the CD method. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
